I'm of the same ilk, a game's gotta have character development to appeal to me. That's why the pen-and-paper version will always be my favorite version of TMNT (and most licensed properties with an RPG). I ended up looking for some on japanese sites, hoping to find some anime related ones. There were some decent ones on ebay, but I'm not as confident in the quality. I want a dark color as well.
